Managing Director
Meet the founder and Managing Director of ATP Management.
Barry started his working career as an apprentice and qualified at NVQ Levels 2 & 3 for heating and ventilation.
​
Over the last 20 years he has worked in many different areas of the construction and domestic sectors.
​
Working for a design management company he became a project director and completed projects within a range of buildings from hospitals to high residential properties.
​
Barry strives to provide value and excellent customer service, which are the key principles of ATP Management.


Our experience of completing many projects with both individual customers and construction developers.

We have noted a lack of planning and communication between trades for individual projects. These can be resolved with good management, procedures and coordination.
The ethos of ATP is to provide the complete end to end supply, management and completion of all trades required for your project, using our experience and procedures from the construction industry as outlined below.

Preconstruction Design
We complete a full Q&A with yourselves to ensure the reason for the project and what the desired finishes are.

Design & Construction Estimate
We will complete a full survey and supply an itemised quotation detailing works to be carried out.
On Site Consultations
Once we have agreed the the works we will supply a marked up CAD drawing with all details of works and final positions.

The Finishing
Touches
Once each trade is complete we will ask you to fill in a survey of the works and we will carry out an inspection with you to sign off before any payment is requested.
